Lançado em 27 de fevereiro de 2012(na Europa) e dia 17 de abril (EUA) pela Spinefarm Records, “Awoken Broken" foi produzido por Adrian, Mikee  e mixado por Simon Hanhart. Adrian também toca baixo em todo o álbum e todas as canções foram co-escritas pelo Adrian e Mikee. Deste álbum foram lançados três clipes:

"Foi ótimo trabalhar no meu próprio ritmo e no meu próprio estúdio, sem restrições de tempo eu acho que durante a produção deste álbum, fui ao redor do mundo duas vezes com Maiden, trabalhando no projeto.O processo, ele permitiu um pouco mais de uma abordagem experimental. " Adrian

"It was great to work at my own pace and in my own studio, with no time constraints I think during the production of this album, I went around the world twice with Maiden, working on the project.The process, it allowed for a bit more of an experimental approach. " Adrian

 

 "Adrian inspired me in many ways, I learnt the importance and power of choruses in Adrian's songs, he also gave me a very melodic, comforting belief, creating something new and exciting along the way, we co-produced the album together, and the whole recording process was very relaxed!" Mikee
